Andrea McNairy

My name is Andrea McNairy. For a short time before joining Brown & Crouppen, I practiced defense work. It was there I realized that I am much more passionate about helping individuals on the Plaintiff’s side, and started working for Brown & Crouppen in the areas of personal injury, product liability and premises liability litigation.

I received my bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I graduated with my juris doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. I have published the following articles: Common Law Unfair Competition in Missouri: More than Palming Off, Co-Author, The St. Louis Bar Journal, Summer 2007; Mental Capacity and the Death Penalty, Co-Author of Foreword, The Saint Louis University Public Law Review, Vol. 25, No. 2. Before joining Brown and Crouppen, P.C., I practiced with two St. Louis law firms in the areas of intellectual property, antitrust, real estate and title-insurance litigation.

In 2010, I was honored to be named an "Up & Coming Lawyer" by Missouri Lawyers' Weekly, the preeminent legal news publication in Missouri. I am a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and named among the Winningest Plaintiff Attorneys in 2011 by the editors of Missouri Lawyers' Weekly. I was also named a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers Magazine in 2011.
