Richard is a respected trial lawyer with over 28 years of experience. His aggressive approach has delivered hundreds of successful personal injury verdicts and settlements in many state and federal courts throughout the United States. Recent trial verdicts include $4.5 million in a products liability case in Little Rock, Arkansas involving poultry processing equipment, and $3.2 million in a railroad injury case tried in St. Louis County. In addition to transportation and products liability cases, an area of special interest for Richard is representing victims of neglect in nursing homes. When he’s not working, Richard is often spending time with his family, or cycling. Richard supports green technology, community service, and is an active charter member of the Wildwood, Missouri Lion’s Club.
