Ray Alexander

My name is Ray Alexander. For the first seven years I practiced law, insurance companies hired me to defend health care providers when they had injured their patients. The health care providers were often guilty but got off because the attorney representing the injured patient just didn’t do his job. I decided I was tired of helping the guilty. I was on the wrong side. For over seventeen years now I have been helping patients injured by medical negligence and their families get the compensation they deserved. It is truly more enjoyable. It is a tremendous advantage in representing the injured patients to have learned the ropes by defending doctors. I can usually predict what the defense is going to do before they do it.

I have frequently seen the devastation that medical negligence can bring to a family. On the other hand, I’ve seen the joy when the financial burdens of family’s have been lifted as a result of making negligent health care providers and their insurance companies pay for their mistakes. Everyday, we work with medical experts who help us hold negligent doctors and hospitals accountable for their actions. I’m proud of what I do.
