The St. Louis County, Missouri man was allegedly driving his pickup truck more than 100 miles per hour the morning of Sept. 25 when he struck the rear end of a vehicle on I-270. The car accident resulted in the front vehicle flipping over on the roadway, killing two of the passengers and injuring five others.
The accident occurred around 1 a.m. in the St. Louis suburb of Florissant. According to the police report, both of the deaths occurred with passengers who were not wearing their seat belts.
