Brown & Crouppen Named Top Workplace 2020 by St. Louis Post Dispatch

This year we find ourselves in a unique position during the acceptance of such an award as we are all working from home. When we initially made the announcement to send employees home full time, it was a move that we didn’t take lightly. In the days that followed, it became increasingly obvious that we’d made the right decision, as we watched many other companies follow suit. Both St. Louis City and County have issued ‘stay-at-home’ orders, confirming that the quarantine approach we adopted early was indeed the best way to combat the spread of this virus. The wellbeing of our employees and their families has always been our number one priority, and every business decision we make is always to keep their best interest at heart.

Brown & Crouppen has always embraced bold ideas. When Terry and Ron founded the firm in 1979, they had a vision for what a personal injury law firm should be.
