The way I connect with and understand each client’s individual needs is with the begins with the very first communication with the client not only do I want to know what happened how they got into my office what how the accident happened but I want to know about them I want to know about how this has affected their lives so I may in addition to talking to the client I may talk to their family members because they may even be able to tell me things that the person doesn’t realize how it’s affecting their lives how changes they’ve seen in the person since the accident happened so getting to know the client getting to know how this accident has affected their daily lives to me allows me to connect with that client and understand everything they’re going through so that when I’m arguing on their behalf and I’m fighting for their case I know exactly what they’ve gone through.
