We learned a long time ago that it’s just as important to the client how they were treated as how much money they got. People want to be treated as if their case is the most important one we have, so that’s what we do. We realize that every client is different and has different needs and wants and our job is to please them. Our job is to get them as much money as possible for their injury and second of all to make sure that when they walk out they feel like they got first class treatment, they got everything they needed. So if that means they need to be called every week, if they need anything more, we give it to them. With client satisfaction, you tell us what you need and you’ll get it.
