What Factors Can Influence The Duration of A Motorcycle Accident Settlement Process?

In a motorcycle crash case there’s multiple stages to the process it starts of course with the crash and immediately after that the investigation so we’re looking at the police report we’re looking for Witnesses we’re looking at the vehicle there’s many things we’re doing at the beginning and while that’s going on the client is getting all the necessary medical treatment and that process the medical treatment process can be as quick as two weeks they’re back at to work and and they’re fine and we can gather those records and start that process others take much longer I have clients who often times have pain and they have one surgery and that surgery maybe didn’t uh relieve the pain so there’s a second surgery so they may treat for two years so I’d say what affects the length and how quickly a case will be resolved the main factor is how long does it take to treat and get you back to Baseline where you were before this event.
