How Do You Prove Liability in A Motorcycle Accident?

Well one of the things we’ll look at in a motorcycle crash case is we’re going to look for the police report the police report gives us some information that we need gives us information on the defendant it gives us information on any potential Witnesses it also may include photographs or video uh the investigating officer many times will look to see if there’s video that captured the crash so the police reports a good start we also want to look at the motorcycle the damage to that vehicle can tell us a little bit about how bad that crash was it also can tell us we’re looking to see who’s at fault so obviously the video is going to tell us who’s at fault but sometimes we can work backwards we look at the damage to the vehicles and then we can determine who was at fault for that crash.
