B&C HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM
We work to cultivate and maintain a culture of physical and mental wellbeing. Our goal is to foster overall employee health and happiness by providing education that increases awareness and understanding and to create initiatives that inspire and encourage habits of wellness.
We partner with BreakWell to offer a fully customized online portal and overall wellness program. The incentive-based program includes quarterly health challenges that focus on activity, steps, water intake, sleep, and nutrition, with prizes worth up to $300.
We also offer quarterly Mental Health Awareness seminars with Connie Fisher, who serves as the Director of Mental Health Promotion for Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri and an adjunct professor at Washington University.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Beyond practicing law, we value connecting with and giving back to the communities where we live and work. As a firm, we’re involved in cultural events like the Bosnian Summer Days Festival and PrideFest. Our team runs and walks for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Sista Strut, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, United Cerebral Palsy Walk With Me, and many others. We’ve built houses with Habitat for Humanity, packed and distributed meals with Food Outreach, and provided more than 200 Christmas turkeys with Solomon Temple MB Church.
TESTIMONIALS
“I have never seen a company so dedicated to their employees’ happiness and work-life balance. It’s clear that everyone at Brown & Crouppen understands that the secret to our success is happy employees. I highly recommend working here!”
“Working at Brown & Crouppen feels like working with an extended family. Everyone, including leadership, cares about other employees and the community of St. Louis at large.”
“I particularly appreciate the firm’s genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives and training.”
“As an attorney, I appreciate the big firm resources available to our clients. We can take risks many firms cannot afford because our success and compensation do not live or die with one case. It frees me to make decisions for clients solely based on what I think is in their best interest.”
“Brown & Crouppen has always, and especially during this pandemic, been so flexible with me and my schedule. Having two young kids, it means so much to me that my family can come first. Brown & Crouppen sincerely cares about me, and I wish everyone could experience this type of culture and compassion.”
