$275,000 Uninsured Motorist Settlement for Client Who Was Rear-Ended

Brown & Crouppen settled a client’s underinsured motorist claim for all available policy limits of $275,000. Our client was rear-ended while sitting at a stoplight in Jefferson County, Missouri. The client reinjured a prior neck injury that previously resulted in a cervical fusion surgery. After physical therapy and various pain management injections (including trigger point, facet joint block, and an ablation) did not eliminate the client’s ongoing neck pain, surgery was recommended. The client underwent a removal of the previous fusion, along with a cervical diskectomy and fusion.
