Tyson Cole

Tyson Cole is a litigation attorney in the St. Louis office of Brown & Crouppen, representing clients in complex personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, commercial trucking collisions, premises liability, and wrongful death. Licensed in Missouri, he comes to Brown & Crouppen with a wealth of client focused trial experience.

Tyson earned his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2019, where he focused his studies on litigation practice and civil advocacy through his work in the civil advocacy clinic under John Ammann. Additionally, Tyson found success competing nationally in the Trial Advocacy where he placed with his teammates in the National Criminal Trial Advocacy Competition in 2018. Tyson received his undergraduate degrees from the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earning a B.S. in Political Science and a B.S. in Theatre Performance. His academic and professional background reflect his belief that the human condition should be at the forefront of the law.

Prior to joining Brown & Crouppen, Tyson practiced criminal defense as a public defender in the St. Louis City Trial office. Following this he worked as an associate at Kessler Williams. During this time, he tried cases ranging from low level felonies and misdemeanors all the way up to first degree murders. Through these cases, he learned to be a zealous advocate who always put his clients’ needs first.

Apart from his work as an attorney, Tyson spends his time enjoying the things that make St. Louis such a special place to live from restaurants to parks to live music. Besides those things, he also enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends and his dog, and finding the time to take part in St. Louis’ local theatre.
