Emma Sikora Paulus

Emma Sikora Paulus is a Mass Torts attorney in the St. Louis office of Brown & Crouppen, specializing in multi-district litigation and toxic tort cases. While the injuries sustained by her clients differ greatly, they have all resulted from corporate and institutional negligence. Emma’s primary goal is to deliver justice to her clients through mass docket litigation against corporate and institutional wrongdoers, seeking a remedy for her clients while holding those in a position of power accountable. She is licensed in Missouri, the Eastern District of Missouri, and Illinois.

 

Emma earned her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2021, where she was recognized for Academic Excellence in Climate Change & the Law.

 

Emma is active in the St. Louis community, serving on the Executive Board of the Lawyer’s Association and as a member of the Young Professionals Council for Places for People, soon to be Centerstone, an organization whose mission of supporting community members facing mental health and substance use disorders she believes in wholeheartedly. Through the Young Professionals Council, she aims to increase philanthropic impact through fundraising and community engagement. Outside of work, Emma enjoys live music, spending time with her family, and doting on her cat, Leti.
