How do you and your team put the client’s needs first?

At Brown & Crouppen, one of the things that we focus on more than anything else is our culture. I think that’s the starting point and that comes from how I would want to be treated if I worked here. I don’t want to have expectations for my life and my work-life balance that I’m not providing for the people who work here. So we really focus on making this the best place to work that we possibly can and that pays off because when people are happy at work, and are treated with empathy, and are treated well, they pay that forward to their clients every single day.
