How does the firm support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion?

Diversity is something that we believe in at Brown & Crouppen. We believe to serve the whole community that we serve, which is largely Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas, we have to know about the community. To know about a community, you have to be a community. Brown and Crouppen is a community. We have all sorts of people here. They understand the people of Missouri, Kansas City, St Louis and all the rest. So diversity, equity, inclusion that’s the only way we can understand the people we represent.
