The strongest cases are built on evidence but brought to life through storytelling. Attorney Rachel Weinhaus approaches every case with that principle in mind, developing serious personal injury cases from the beginning with an eye toward trial.
Curious and detail-oriented by nature, Rachel digs into the facts to understand not only what happened, but why it happened. As she develops the evidence, she is constantly thinking about how a jury will ultimately experience the case, looking for ways to show rather than simply tell. That approach shapes how she investigates a case, works with experts, takes depositions, and develops the story of how an injury has changed her client’s life. Her goal is to bring the evidence and the human story together so that a judge or jury can see what happened, understand why it happened, and appreciate what it has meant for her client.
Rachel is actively involved in the legal community and the trial bar. She serves on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and is a regular contributor to the organization’s magazine, where she has published articles on issues affecting trial lawyers and civil litigation. She also serves as a hearing panel officer for the Missouri Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
Rachel earned her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Select Scholar. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Antiquities from Missouri State University, where she was awarded the Board of Governors Scholarship. She is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.
Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys reading, writing, gardening, and spending time with her family.
